I don't expect the Ritz Carlton given the price I paid, but when they charge $350/night on the weekends, I would expect more from a hotel from a service standpoint when it comes to the basics and ability to empathize with a guest. I know it's expensive to overhaul the design of the hotel that looks like the 90s with the bathrooms being significantly dated. 711 Horseshoe Blvd, Bossier Parish, Louisiana, United States, 71111. Furthermore, they charge ~$20 resort fee every night, but the pool is closed and so it really just includes the internet which is generally free at a hotel advertising itself at this caliber.
